We do recommend a medical examination carried out by an authorised physician for scuba diving. In the dive centre, you will be asked to complete a medical statement form before participating in the course. If any of the questions is answered YES, you are obliged to give us a medical certificate concerning your medical state. If that is not provided you are not able to attend the scuba diving course.

Also, you can check out the medical statement and fill it out before your visits.
